Taste Creators Refund & Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment
All digital products, services, and event bookings purchased through Taste Creators are fulfilled electronically or as scheduled. For digital downloads, access is provided immediately upon purchase. For services and bookings, you will receive confirmation details via email within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Policy

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., beats, educational materials, online courses), all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

Services & Consulting: If you purchase a consulting session, marketing service, or studio rental, refunds are not provided once work has begun or the session has been booked.

Event Tickets: All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, if an event is postponed or canceled by Taste Creators, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to a future event.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances: In rare cases, Taste Creators may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., technical issues with digital products or unavoidable scheduling conflicts). All refund requests must be submitted in writing to letswork@tastecreators.com.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Studio & Service Appointments:
Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Subscription-Based Services: Some subscription plans allow cancellation at any time. If you cancel, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.Other subscription plans require a minimum three-month commitment before cancellation is allowed. After the initial three months, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period. The specific terms of your subscription will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Payment & Billing Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another verified payment provider.Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.Subscription-based services automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Customers may update or cancel their subscription through their account settings or by contacting us at letswork@tastecreators.com.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you have any issues with a transaction, we encourage you to contact us first at letswork@tastecreators.com to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and future access to our platform.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
